The Data Probe is used to feed digital signals from a target system to the DTraceST202 or vice versa. The probe handles 4 input and 4 output signals. The incoming signals are automatically traced and can be used as trigger events, additionally. The output signals are programmed by the sequencer logic of the DTraceST202 and can be used to trigger external test equipment e.g. a DSO.
