The XC-FLASH tool is a programming tool for the internal FLASH of 1 to 16 XC166 target CPU’s. This scalable solution has the following features:

• Parallel programming of 1 to 16 targets
• Includes 1 to 16 USB powered active OCDS probes
• The following XC166 devices are supported:
  XC164S, XC164D, XC164N, XC161CJ/CS, XC164CM, XC164CS, XC167CI
• Includes a DLL library for the basic FLASH functions and a simple tool for standalone and batch environment

• Automatic CPU voltage adjustment
• OCDS clock up to 1.5MHz
