Tanto is the high-end modular test and analysis tool from Hitex which supports various microcontroller architectures.
The basic Tanto system consists of the universal Tanto Base module and a target specific Port Link module that allows the direct connection of the test and analysis tool to the debug port in the target system.
This gives you all run-control debug facilities like breakpoints, watchpoints, single-step, register and memory views that you need. Together with the HiTOP5 IDE, a Windows based environment, you have everything to compile and debug your application including RTOS support.
The optional Tanto PortTrace module extends the Tanto Base module and offers enhanced functions for debugging complex systems in real-time. It supports the on-chip trace modules and adds a powerful hardware trace module.
